 (Joe stepped into the roll of Bartender when the guy they hired did a no show! Joe was my back up DJ that day and was delighted to help) 

I would like to introduce you to DJ Joe Woolsey. I met Joe a a few years ago while I was at a venue contracted to do lighting and Joe was the DJ. I actually met his equipment t before I met him. Took one look and thought to myself that this guy has his equipment on lock! He really had a professional set up and I was very impressed. He return to the room from changing into his suit. 

Once he entered I didn't recognize him as someone I knew. I didn't say anything right away I just wanted to see what he was going to do once he returned. While waiting for Joe I noticed the events coordinator was a bit under the gun getting centerpieces done. After Joe had returned he said to her, "do you need any help?" She said "um.... I think I do" Joe jumped right in and said "ok, what do you need me to do" and thats was it! I know I wanted to talk to him. 

After helping the coordinator I spoke to Joe briefly and asked him if he would call me after the weekend. Joe did call on like a Wednesday and I too;d him that I was interested in having a second in command at my office and I would like to meet him in person and talk to him. Even though he did impress me for just 15 minutes at the venue I still needed to know more about him. 

After that first interview I was hooked. Joe not only has the same philosophy for out business and has the education to back up what he says and does but he also, like me LOVES to do the job! After that meeting I hired him and started him working as soon as I could. Sand the rest is history. Since then Joe has not only become my most trusted partner but one of my best friends.

Disneyland Wedding By Sound Prodigy

And now another Disney wedding.....

Nestled between frontier and adventure towers at Disneyland is Rose Court Garden, the perfect place for a secluded Disneyland wedding. It’s so private that if you aren’t looking for it you may just miss it. This Rose Court Garden wedding was one of my favorites to DJ with my company Sound Prodigy because Disneyland weddings always have that extra element of magic and romance that you just can’t get anywhere else. I like the music I provide to fill the space with whatever atmosphere my bride and groom imagine on their big day. 

As usual I ended up working with Cynthia from Disney fairytale wedding and I also got to with with a fabulous photographer names Candice Benjamin. A truly wonderful photographer that was easy to work with and does amazing pictures. 

Robert and Melissa’s ceremony was like no other in this secret garden but that is not the only thing that Disneyland has to offer to make your wedding day special. The cocktail time was on a grass area called the Adventure Lawn which made the perfect backdrop and setting for the bride and groom to take pictures. The reception was in the Disneyland hotel’s sleeping beauty pavilion. 

For the reception the bride and groom wanting pink uplighting to really set an ambiance. The bride and groom also used Disney fast passes as place cards for the guests. They also had a pretty awesome UP theme to the wedding with an amazing assortment of props for the theming. Goofy even showed up to help cut the cake! After that it was party time where the clients danced the night away.
